Business Growth Boot Camp - Register for Interest

A group coaching programme over several weeks covering the fundamentals of business growth with the aim of giving you the tools and plan to grow your own business.

This is suitable small businesses based in the UK that are reasonably established and want to grow. This is not suitable for large businesses, holding companies or corporate entities.

Before the 4 week programme begins, we will have an introduction meeting one-to-one to discuss the responses to your registration survey and specific aims for your business.

This will be 30-45mins and is included in the price.

The programme will run on Saturday mornings online and Zoom invites will be sent out after payment has been received. Group coaching sessions will be up to 2 hours long.

Week 1 - Leadership, direction and key management methodologies

Week 2 - Marketing, Sales and Pricing

Week 3 - Products and/or Services – Maximising value

Week 4 - Overhead, Operations and Cash Flow

There will be activities during the sessions as well as some tasks to take away.

After the programme has finished, we will discuss your feedback together as one-one-one and help form a plan to take forward based on the material covered throughout the programme.

This will be up to an hour and is included in the price.

The course is currently available at £349 per participant.
