The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

· Client’s Good(s) and Service(s) information

How we get the information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you or your team for one of the following reasons:
· To be able to contact you,
· To be able to undertake the requested work,
· To be able to contact your delegate or secondary contactable person
We directly collect information (personal and business related) through phone calls, meeting notes, on-site visits and surveys. We also collect information indirectly through the engagements we have with you and your team.
We use the information received from you to be able suggest the most suitable products/services and perform the necessary work.
We may retain your personal and/or business information for the basis of case studies, testimonials and trend-analysis within our portfolio/client base.
We may pass on parts of your information to our marketing and media third party for the purposes of marketing, promotion and awareness of our products and services. If you want to opt-out of this, then email contact@fresheyesconsulting.ukwith the subject line “Marketing Opt-Out – [insert your business name]”.
We do not intentionally share your information with external parties unless we have written consent from you (excluding the above marketing opt-out). Any sharing of data with our software, email and tool providers is considered as part of doing business with us. If you wish to enquire about this then email contact@fresheyesconsulting.ukwith the subject line “External Data and Providers – [insert your business name]”. We will respond with a list of our core providers.
We may share information within the Fresh Eyes Consulting team with the aim of providing the best product/service to you.

How we store your information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep all the information you provide for 7 years as default unless otherwise requested by you in writing. We will then dispose your information by electronically erasing/deleting and shredding paper copy files.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
