Profit First by Mike Michalowicz
This is an amazing book for those people wanting (and needing) to get into profitable habits. In all truth, I struggled to put it down. Mike's approach might seem counter-intuitive to some but after working it through you definitely see the benefits. I have adopted the Profit First method (with some adjustments) but it does require discipline to not drift into the "traditional" way.

The Goal by Eliyahu Goldratt
Featured in most "top management book of all time" lists, this is recommended for anyone working in any form of management or business role. Written in fable form and focused on production/manufacturing but there are plenty of parallels to draw to any process or business operation regardless of industry.
