Our Vision

At Fresh Eyes Consulting, our long term vision is to become a first-choice for consulting for small businesses within the UK - particularly those in Aerospace or Defence industries.

Whilst working within the engineering industry in large, well-established companies, it was clear that the supply chain is of vital importance. One particular company within this supply chain offered training courses in a highly technical subject related to Aircraft safety. This company was nestled in the typical industrial estate in the UK and unbeknown to passersby, this company was at the forefront of its field and involved with setting the standards for all aircraft. From this single company, I realised there will be many others like it throughout the country. Small businesses are playing a very important role but perhaps well under the radar of the general public.

Combined with the saddening statistics around the number of businesses that fail within their first few years - Fresh Eyes Consulting was born.

Fresh Eyes Consulting was formed with the goal of helping small businesses succeed and grow - using the knowledge, systems and processes that make large corporations successful despite operating in very complex environments.
